Moderated discussion: Freedom of the Speech and its Boundaries

Under the umbrella of the Czech Presidency in the Council of the EU, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in The Hague together with the Czech Centre Rotterdam and the Václav Havel Library host a moderated discussion in the framework of the Václav Havel European Dialogues on the topic of Freedom of the speech and its boundaries.
